Tuff Fitty Running Track Open Evening 17th October

This coming Wednesday evening; Tuff Fitty commences their Autumn/Winter season on the running track at Worthing Leisure Centre. Open to all club members (whether regular track runners or not) but with a high level of interest in our club the evening is promoted as an Open Evening, where non-Tuff members can come along, meet the team and find out about Tuff Fitty Triathlon Club, whether solely for running, or as an introduction to multisport.   Please see the details of the evening below:-
