A great day at the Frosty supported by our friends from Coastal West Sussex MIND. Despite the appalling conditions which rather limited the number of passers-by we still collected £30.72 on the day. Thank you to all who contributed.

More importantly, the event helped raise awareness of mental health issues and Tuff Fitty’s commitment to improving mental health and wellbeing through swimming, cycling and running. Competitors, friends and family and volunteers all had the opportunity to talk to our partners from Coastal West Sussex MIND who reported that they had quite a lot of interest and some good conversations.
